The Kolpinghaus Krems is a modern residential and guest house in a central location, just a few minutes' walk from the Danube University, the train station and the old town. It offers functional accommodation in a friendly atmosphere, primarily for students and interns, but also for seminar and short-term guests.

The rooms are available as single and double rooms, each with its own bathroom (shower and WC). All accommodation units have Internet access, a desk, storage space and comfortable sleeping facilities. Some rooms are barrier-free.

The house offers modern communal areas such as lounges with TV, study and group rooms as well as a communal kitchen. A laundry room with washing machines and dryers is available to residents. There are storage facilities for bicycles and parking spaces for cars are also available.
