The quality of the wines begins in the vineyard. The Lackinger family practices natural viticulture with little fertilization and the sparing use of pesticides. The grapes reach their full ripeness through appropriate foliage work. The grapes are harvested and processed in accordance with tradition and modern cellar technology.
At the wine tavern, special emphasis is placed on the quality and variety of the food on offer. Instead of offering warm dishes, the existing repertoire is constantly expanded with vegetarian specialties, unusual Heurigen dishes and our own food creations. The finest wines from the restaurant's own cellar are also served.
