About the "Ried Wagram" and the idyllic Absberg wine cellar lane
One of the most idyllic wine cellar lanes on the Wagram, the Absberger Kellergasse, nestles gently against the "Ried Wagram". Part of the Way of St. James opens up a wide view over the vineyards of the region, all the way to the foothills of the Alps. On this hike, you will find out what the loess is all about, why the bee-eater comes to visit every year and which types of wine thrive there. After the hike, you can enjoy a wine tasting in the Lössiade wine cellar.
