The church was built in 1777/78. A few years earlier (1722-1725), the church tower was added to the old parish church. At 88, it is the highest church tower in Lower Austria.
Arrival by bus & train:
The journey with the S3, S4, REX from Vienna Floridsdorf station takes approx. 20 minutes and from St. Pölten approx. 70 minutes.
