Just as in Schubert's time, wonderful melodies can be heard at Atzenbrugg Castle during regular concerts and recitals. The castle, park and chapel also serve as a unique setting for private celebrations such as weddings, christenings or festive anniversaries.
Today, the castle and its new exhibition invite visitors to follow in Schubert's footsteps and rediscover or rediscover the life and work of the great composer. On 600 square meters, accompanied by interactive stations, you can explore the musician Franz Schubert in all his facets and experience his music.
The newly designed park is freely accessible and open all year round. A special place to linger is the Schubert cottage on the park's hill, which combines listening pleasure with a view of the beautiful landscape around Atzenbrugg.
