Our small family business is located in the heart of the Carnuntum region, a region steeped in history that was already appreciated and loved by the Romans. The fruit for the distillery grows in our gardens, as do the grapes for our grape brandies and marc. We supply a large proportion of the quality grapes to a renowned winegrower in the Carnuntum wine-growing region.
Our Destithek is idyllically located in the Höflein wine cellar lane (Spillern 26, 2465 Höflein) in the wonderful Carnuntum region. Are you looking for a unique location for your celebration or company event? Where only you can celebrate exclusively with your guests in the great ambience of an old vaulted cellar. It offers space for up to 45 people - catering, drinks and tasting (fine brandies, gin, liqueurs and juices) from Kollmann brennt. Bookable from 8 persons.
We can discover the wine cellar lanes in Höflein together on a short hike. We walk through the vineyards and learn about the village, the Carnuntum region, the history of the Romans and viticulture in Höflein. Afterwards, there will be an introduction to the world of schnapps distilling in the Destithek with some tastings of fine brandies, liqueurs and fruit nectars. We are also happy to offer a wine tavern snack. Petra Kollmann is a passionate schnapps distiller.
A tasting can be organized for groups of 8 or more.
