Welcome to our organic farm. We run a small mushroom farm with great dedication and enthusiasm for mushrooms. We do almost all the production steps ourselves on the farm, from growing the mushroom mycelium in a petri dish to producing our own mushroom substrate using regional raw materials wherever possible.
Mushrooms enable us to have a healthier, more varied, more sustainable and, above all, very enjoyable diet. Seeing how this is lived, seeing our mushrooms grow and the enthusiasm of our customers gives us the strength and motivation to carry out this demanding work.
Our mushrooms are available to order from Monday to Friday from our farm in Rohrau. Your mushroom-loving Reiser family!
