Since 1987, the Steyrer family has specialized in the vinification of aromatic, single-varietal wines that reflect the taste and typical signature of the winegrowing family. As a family, the vineyards are cultivated according to the guidelines of integrated production. The preservation of the natural habitat and the protection of the environment play an important role in wine production. The vineyards in the Stoaried, Point and Rampl vineyards are 80 percent dedicated to white wines and 20 percent to red wines. The main varieties include Riesling and Grüne Veltliner, which represent the region's specialties as Traisental DAC in the Klassik and Reserve varieties. Like the region itself, the wines of the Steyrer winery are characterized by their clear profile, fine aromas and longevity. The estate has also taken on a pioneering role in the region with the production of histamine-free wines.
WEINORAMA
A glass front with an area of more than 45 m2 allows a wonderful panoramic view in the self-designed "WEINORAMA" of the Steyrer winery and turns every glass of wine into a special kind of horizon expansion. Up to 55 people can be comfortably seated for events, celebrations and anniversaries. Tastings can be organized for around 100 people on a standing table basis. The adjoining terrace provides flexibility for (almost) all other requirements. Thanks to the cooperation with a renowned catering partner, festive menus as well as tasty snacks during breaks, lunch and/or dinner during a seminar are no problem.
