The Schlössl houses the district museum in the basement.
Remarkable prehistoric and early historical collection (finds from Großmugl - including the Mondidol from around 500 BC) as well as collections on Stockerau's town and district history, folklore and natural history. Also on display are important collections of ancient coins and coin finds from Höbersdorf.

The journey with the S3, S4, REX from Vienna Floridsdorf station takes approx. 20 minutes and from St. Pölten approx. 70 minutes.
