Two exquisitely furnished guest rooms, each with 20 - 30 m² living space, blend elegant design with modern comfort. One room is located on the first floor and includes a separate access, the second room is located on the second floor.
Both rooms are equipped with a modern box spring bed, seating area, mini fridge, safe, telephone, and a flat screen TV, as well as a bathroom with toilet. The rooms offer wonderful views of both the estate's garden and the village.

The four Superior Guest Rooms, located on the first floor, have been carefully renovated to offer the highest standard of comfort. Here, elegant design is combined with modern functionality.

Description
The historic Baroque Landhof Burkhardt is a charming little country manor located in the heart of Spitz on the Danube. As one of the most beautiful places in the Wachau, it offers an exceptional living experience. The estate, which was once a monastic vineyard and passed into secular hands during the Baroque period, has now been a family-owned retreat for eight generations.
With five fully equipped vacation apartments and six exclusive double rooms, which are accessible via a lift, as well as flexible room concepts and a spacious sun terrace with a magnificent view, the Barock-Landhof Burkhardt combines modern comfort with a historical ambience.
