The municipality of Sitzenberg-Reidling in the district of Tulln lies in the middle of the Lower Austrian city triangle of St. Pölten-Tulln-Krems. The fairytale Sitzenberg Castle was first mentioned in documents in the 10th century. It was originally a castle, as evidenced by the four onion-shaped towers. The parish church in Reidling, built between 1803 and 1806, is well worth a visit. The corkscrew - a 15-metre-high viewing tower in the middle of the vineyards - is a beautiful hiking destination.
