On the site of the former shipyard in Korneuburg, the popular Werftbad has become a permanent fixture over the years. The natural pool is open to all swimming enthusiasts free of charge and is open daily in good weather.
On site you will find: a beautiful, very spacious and sunny area with its own swimming area (for experienced swimmers only!), freshwater showers, WC facilities; sun loungers and parasols can be borrowed free of charge.
There are plenty of bicycle stands available, the Werftbad is also located directly on the Danube cycle path (Euro Velo 6).
If you arrive by car, free parking is available on the former shipyard site.
Unfortunately, dogs are not permitted in the Werftbad area due to official regulations.
