Viticulture with heart and mind.
Passion and love for the craft are still the best prerequisites for quality. This is especially true for the production of products that people should and may enjoy. Wine, for example. Philipp Bründlmayer carries the knowledge of these values in his DNA. As a result, his wines are the stuff of bliss: varietal, pure, straightforward and of unmistakable origin.

Sites with history.
In addition to the right climate and the winemaker's experience, the nature of the soil is a decisive factor in the creation of great wines. The vineyards that Philipp Bründlmayer cultivates on 23 hectares in the Krems Valley ("Kremstal" in German) wine-growing region are unruly and need to be worked by hand. However, their rough terroir of loess and conglomerate also makes them a favorite spot for the varieties for which this region is so well known and loved.

Wines that make our hearts beat faster.
At Philipp Bründlmayer, wines are allowed to show unvarnished where they have grown up. They are not only very clear representatives of their kind, but also bear his unmistakable signature. The classics are matured in steel tanks, while the single-vineyard wines and reserves are matured in wooden barrels. With no more than one gram of residual sugar, all wines are particularly dry and thus ambassadors of their region - pure Krems Valley ("Kremstal" in German).

Very close to the wine. With respect and knowledge of tradition.
Manual work in viticulture often simply means meeting nature with common sense: Old vines produce the best grapes, they only thrive on vital soils and in intact vineyards. The manual defoliation of each individual vine gives the grapes a perfect interplay of shade, sun and wind. Gentle pruning and harvesting by hand take time - but all these processes not only meet Philipp Bründlmayer's quality standards, but also those of the wine connoisseurs. And that is ultimately all that matters.
