Lisl Wagner-Bacher, the grande dame of top Austrian gastronomy, now gives way to her son-in-law Thomas Dorfer (Gault Millau chef 2009) in the award-winning kitchen. Over the years, it has received many awards, including being named on the San Pellegrino list as one of the 100 best restaurants in 2014. Sommelier Susanne Wagner-Dorfer and her husband and chef Thomas Dorfer are now duly continuing the celebrated legacy of their parents at the Landhaus Bacher restaurant.
