Haus Lindenhofer is situated in a quiet yet central location in Emmersdorf an der Donau, just a few minutes' walk from the town center and the Danube cycle path. The accommodation offers guests a relaxed atmosphere and is an ideal starting point for excursions into the Wachau and the surrounding area.
The house has three comfortable apartments, which can also be booked as bed and breakfast. Each apartment is comfortably furnished and fully equipped:
Apartment 1: For 2 persons, approx. 40 m², with entrance hall, bedroom, fully equipped eat-in kitchen (incl. dishwasher), bathroom with shower and bathtub and separate WC.
Apartment 2: For 2 persons, approx. 45 m², with bedroom, bathroom with shower/WC, living room and fully equipped kitchen (incl. dishwasher).
Apartment 3: For 4 persons, approx. 53 m², located on the top floor, with entrance hall, two separate bedrooms, living room, fully equipped kitchen (incl. dishwasher), bathroom with shower and WC.
All apartments have WLAN, satellite TV, radio, coffee machine, coffee and tea making facilities, fridge, hairdryer, bed linen, towels and crockery. Drinking water using Grander technology is also provided.

Haus Lindenhofer is located below the Emmersdorf parish church and offers a view of the historic viaduct. The Danube cycle path is only 200 meters away, and the town center and the banks of the Danube are within easy walking distance. The central location makes it easy to reach sights such as Melk Abbey or the Wachau region.
