Our winery is located on the southern slopes of the Dunkelsteinerwald not far from Göttweig Abbey. The history of the parent house dates back to the 13th century, when the winery was run by the Benedictine nuns of the Nonnberg monastery in Salzburg as a wine and farmstead. The winery is now in the hands of the 4th generation of the Fink family. Our vineyards now cover various sites around Wölbling, as well as selected vineyards on the Pfaffenberg in Krems Valley ("Kremstal" in German). For particularly expressive red wines, we operate vineyards in the Neusiedlersee/Hügelland region.
Favorable climatic conditions also allow us to cultivate various types of fruit, which we process into fine brandies in our own distillery and offer for sale as fresh fruit.
With this diversity of sites and different varieties, we offer our customers a balanced repertoire of wines, which find their way into our wine cellar in close contact with nature and with the greatest possible care during vinification.
The Fink winery is run as a family business, where the care and preservation of the surrounding nature, culture and traditions is our top priority.
To experience the results of this endeavor, we cordially invite you to the Fink Winery.
You can convince yourself of our products on the farm, during a cozy break at the wine tavern or on a tour of our wine cellars accompanied by a guided tasting.
