A cozy wine tavern with an open fireplace, lots of dark wood and large tables - as well as the portions of the rich and good selection, which ranges from classic wine tavern fare (very good spreads, cheese selection, cold and hot meat in many variations) to flying duck breast or chicken liver parfait, etc.
The wines range from Grüne Veltliner from various vineyards to Riesling, sparkling varieties and rosé to red wines.
When the weather is fine, there is a nice garden behind the house with a great view over the Danube towards Krems.
