Restaurant Jamek in Joching offers a culinary experience that combines traditional Austrian dishes with a modern twist. Visitors can look forward to dishes that use fresh and regional ingredients, such as baked egg on leaf salads and potato espuma or tender chicken hearts with morels. Other highlights include fish dishes such as whole fried trout or char, traditionally served with brown butter and parsley potatoes.
