Tradition: with vigor
The Kendl family has been involved in viticulture for more than 100 years. Today, the winery is run by Günther Kendl in the 3rd generation. With a great deal of sensitivity and consistent work in the vineyard and cellar, he has succeeded in establishing the winery in the heart of the Wachau as a small and fine business in just a few years. The winery has been an insider tip on the right bank of the Danube for years.

Accompanying the wine from the very first day of the year, from pruning to moderate foliage work, the winegrowers try to intervene as little as possible in nature. As much nature as possible should find its way into the wine.

The enjoyment of wine, culinary delights and an appealing ambience is conveyed in the wine tavern and at wine tastings. Regional delicacies and homemade wines are served during the Heurigen's opening hours.
The restaurant can be used for anniversaries, weddings, vernissages or presentations. The service ranges from aperitifs to midnight snacks and also includes fireworks and live music.
