Meat lovers with a preference for beef are in the right place here. The Bitter family breeds organic Angus cattle under the brand name "Wachaubeef". It goes without saying that they serve beef specialties in their small but fine Tavern, as well as many other products from their own farm. Their often award-winning ciders and juices are available to drink. Even outside of the 100 or so opening days a year, there is no need to miss out on the delicious Heurigen snacks: For groups of five or more, customized platters can be put together at any time. If you want to take a look behind the scenes, you are welcome to take part in a guided tour of the pastures.
