The Mondseer Stiftshof in Krems an der Donau is a traditional former winery located in the historic center of Krems' old town. The house is situated on Herzogstrasse, parallel to the main traffic artery "Ringstrasse", and the attractive shopping and pedestrian zone "Landstrasse" in the low-traffic part of the old town.Following careful restoration work that has preserved the original architecture, the building now offers a total of six vacation apartments and student apartments. The immediate proximity to the railroad station, bus station and cab rank ensures convenient and flexible access and optimum mobility during your stay.
Each apartment is equipped with a satellite TV connection, separate WC, hot and cold running water, central heating and natural wood furniture. There is a fridge and crockery in the eat-in kitchens. Hand-painted tiles decorate the kitchens. Towels and bed linen are included in the rental price, and a washing machine and dryer are available for self-catering.
Bicycles and cars can be conveniently parked in the courtyard. The drinking water is treated using the Grander method. Partially equipped with Dormo Novo health beds. Grocery stores, good coffee houses, pastry shops and restaurants are nearby. Weekly rentals are possible!
