We would like to invite you to immerse yourself in the Chinese food culture of "La Mian" with us. Lanzhou-style la mian has been a staple food in western China for centuries and is served in many restaurants there.
In China, la mian are freshly prepared and can be either very thin, normal thin or wide, depending on preference. There are also different variations such as "flying noodles".
We offer thick and thin noodle varieties at our location and serve your dish as "Tang Mian", literally "soup noodles" in a clear aromatic broth or "Chao Mian", literally "fried noodles" in a wok. For allergy sufferers who cannot tolerate wheat, rice noodles are also available as an alternative.
