BEE BAR

Visitors to the Donaulände and the Generationenpark in Klein-Pöchlarn can enjoy culinary delights directly on the Donaulände at the Bee Bar run by Roland Heinzle. Although the name "Bee Bar" suggests a bar, it is in fact a pub serving down-to-earth, regional cuisine with seating for almost 70 people both indoors and outdoors with a wonderful view of the Danube. Roland Heinzle serves classic schnitzel as well as roast pork on Sundays, refreshing drinks and products from the bee honey factory. Especially recommended is the breakfast directly on the Danube every Sunday and public holiday from 9 - 11 am!

Right next to the Bee Bar there is a children's playground with lots of different play equipment, which makes the stay a great experience even for the youngest. Another highlight is the bee park with its pavilion, which is located in the immediate vicinity of the Bee Bar. In this experience, designed with great attention to detail, visitors can learn lots of interesting facts about the fascinating life of honey bees.

Picnic without borders
What could be nicer than having a picnic outdoors on a sunny summer's day? That's exactly what the "Beebar-Mobil" is for. The special thing about it is that it can also take guests with physical disabilities to very special places where they can enjoy an unforgettable picnic with their loved ones. If you book in advance, a fully filled picnic basket with selected delicacies will be waiting for you. The basket with a blanket and all the information can be collected from the Bee Bar.
