The preparation of our delicious suckling pigs begins with the seasoning. As a perfectly coordinated side dish, a bread stuffing is fried in the belly of the suckling pig. If you wish, you can also enjoy homemade coleslaw with a marinade made from our own rapeseed oil. Only products from our region are used for the bread stuffing and coleslaw. At the end, you can look forward to a golden-brown rind, tender meat and delicious gravy.
