The lovingly restored Cottage Number 9, managed by Anna Valerie Wolf, is idyllically situated in Leiben and is the perfect gateway to the Wachau - just one hour from Vienna and 25 minutes from St. Pölten.

Historic farmhouse from the 18th century with stylish interior design that combines rustic elements with elegant design and creates a cozy atmosphere.
Ideal for couples, families, cyclists, hikers and dog owners: well-behaved dogs are welcome, often with welcome treats and necessary equipment on site.

Three accommodation units (2 apartments with up to 45 m² and a romantic double room in the vault), space for a total of 8 guests.
Big highlight: a small wellness area with sauna and infrared cabin, available between 1 and 6 pm, as well as a cozy library in the vaulted cellar with seating and board games.
