Weinbau Thomas Heinrich

The Thomas Heinrich winery is a family business that has been producing wines of the highest quality for generations. With a vineyard area of 4.5 hectares in the Traisental wine-growing region, the vines grow on dry, very calcareous, gravelly soils. Special climatic factors ensure warm days and cool nights, resulting in very fine aromas and spicy finesse in the wines. The focus is on Grüne Veltliner, especially the Ried Eichberg, which is known for its connectivity and depth. Weingut Heinrich is also known for its Heurigenlokal zum Pfarrkeller, a modern yet traditionally furnished restaurant in the wine cellar lane on Eichberg. It offers space for 200 guests and is the perfect place to enjoy home-made food and drinks after a long walk or a romantic summer evening. Awarded the title of "Top Wine Tavern" in 2008, the winery is one of the top wine taverns in Lower Austria.
