Café-Konditorei Braun has been a traditional family business since 1912 and is famous for its foam rolls, cream slices, cakes etc. as well as for take-away pastries. You can also use the toilet here, and overnight accommodation and meals are available in the immediate vicinity (approx. 200 m) in the country inn "Zur schönen Wienerin". A trip to the pilgrimage site of Maria Taferl, which lies directly above Marbach on the Danube, is worthwhile and can be reached in a short time.
Marbach's water sports club offers opportunities for waterskiing, wakeboarding and sports and sailing boat trips.
